Mobilsystem has long experience of booking systems and we are currently using our third generation
booking system designed around modern technology. We have always focused on making a system that is
easy to use and the result is a powerful booking and administration tool. A wide selection of reports
and presentations are available to easily determine how the vehicles are being used (cars, persons,
km driven, times, rate of usage etc.). Mobilsystem can offer everything from simple solutions where
only the booking system is used, to completely automatic solutions with telematics in the vehicles.
We have worked closely with the industry for many years. This has created a system designed with a
lot of input from our customers combined with our own expertise in IT, concerning both software and
hardware.

Carpools can save huge amounts of money in a company's budget by coordination and better usage of
available assets. A thoroughly designed transportation policy in conjunction with the employment of
a carpool will reduce the number of cars needed and transportations to be done. Coordination can be
within a company, between different administrations and also between different counties or states.
The future potential of carpooling and fleet management is huge.

Mobilsystem has with its six years in fleet management a great deal of experience. We use systems and
hardware we have developed ourselves for booking, management and telematics. Since we have developed
the whole chain of components we can offer complete solutions with lots of features and fast adaptations.

is necessary. You will experience one of the most modern and complete fleet management systems currently
available. It is not required that you continue using the system after the test is done. The test is
without terms.
The standard test is done with the booking system but without electronic equipment in the vehicles. If
you want to test a complete system a fee is added to cover the installation work required and the cost
for GSM communication. The test period can be extended or with relatively low expenses proceed to a
