The booking system is web based and is actually much more than just a system for vehicle booking. As admin you can for example: - View usage statistics of vehicles (km driven, times, stops etc.)
- Handle vehicles, users and accounts in an easy and intuitive way.
- Create invoices directly for the system or for export to an external economy system.
- Create reports fast and easy.
- Send mass mail containing information or log in.
The Layout of the booking system is very scalable. You can for example choose which information is required by the user when booking a car. For more information on this topic click here. We also have clients who have opted to use the booking system for other purposes than vehicle booking, such as personnel booking, room booking and booking of equipment.
