Key locker with connection to the booking system When using this option the key locker is connected to the booking system. Driver's license, cell phone or PC (click a button in the booking system) can be used for identification. When a person identifies themselves the system checks if that person has any bookings at the time. If the person does have a booking the system will open the correct locker. This option provides a very secure system.
Key management: Step by step
A car is booked in the web based booking system.
The user go to the key lockers and:
Log in with their driver's license (cell phone or PC as option).
Interlock as option.
Providing the user has a booking at the time and possible interlock test is OK the system will open the correct locker.
The user takes the car key, close the key locker, unlock the car and use it as normal.
When the user has finished using the car he/she goes to the key lockers and:
Log in with their driver's license (cell phone or PC as option).
Interlock as option.
The appropriate key locker is opened by the system. The user returns the key and closes the locker.
