GPS log battery time is 14 hours if fully loaded and it is loaded in a USB contact or it can be powered by the car lighter outlet for continuous use. Data is stored in a flash memory which can store logs from several months of driving. If the car lighter outlet is powered off no data will be lost. The GPS log will power on again when the car is started.
