The Admin can easily see when a driving log has been entered into the system by the color of the booking in the overview. By clicking the booking you can view the driving log and total cost for the booking. The driving log can register how many km has been driven and start and stop times. If the car stands still for two minutes it counts as a stop and a stop time is saved. When the car starts moving again a new start time is saved. With these data you can see how the car has been used during the day.
Driving log If you only want to see how much one or several users have used the cars or how much a car or several cars has been used you go to the "Driving log". Here you can make a selection if you want to see statistics for specific cars, users or departments. Total usage and costs for the period you choose can then be reviewed.
Reports In the "Reports" area you can easily create a report with a few clicks. There are several standard report templates already in the system, for example car usage per car etc. All you have to do is choose what type of report you want to create, a time period and what cars and/or what user/department the report should include. The report can then easily be printed or exported to another program like excel or similar.
