As administrator you can easily see when the driving log from a booking has been entered into the system since the booking changes color in the overview. By clicking the booking you can view the driving log and total cost for the booking.
To charge for the booking you click the "Economy" headline and create a quotation with a suitable selection and time interval. Charging can for example be done by choosing a user, department, garage, account etc. You can also choose if the quotation is to be sent directly to a certain department, remain in the system or export it to an external economy system. To export to another system you choose an interval of quotations to be exported (if there is more than one quotation in the system). Before you export the quotation you can review it by clicking "Quotations".
