The booking system has a lot of functions other than those strictly for booking vehicles. Below are some examples of functions available in the system today but also keep in mind that the system is always developing and can often with relatively minor adaption be used in many areas.
Optimization A function in the system that allows it to optimize the car usage when booking via the booking page. We currently have two different optimization functions to be used based on the client's needs.
The system tries to use the same cars for as many bookings as possible to make the other cars free to use for very long bookings. Also this makes it easy to see if some cars aren't being used at all in which case you might want to reduce the number of cars in the carpool or move them.
The system tries to spread the bookings evenly across the entire carpool. If you lease the cars this might be a good option to make all the cars reach a target mileage.
Custom front page Every carpool can have their own front page that is displayed when the users log in. This page can be an excellent tool for getting information out to the users.

Sending mass mail and log in These functions come in handy when you want a fast and easy way to send information to all, or a specific group, of users. With our search function making a selection of users is easy. Click here for picture.
